Arrived at Soesterberg on 20 September 1969 on its first assignement. Official delivery date according to the AFHRA records is 22 September 1969.

Left 32nd on 13 January 1975 to the 36th TFW at Bitburg AB, Germany.

In 1979 the aircraft moved to the 50th TFW at Hahn AB, Germany. In 1984 it joined the 526th TFS/86th TFW on Ramstein AB, Germany.

From 1988 to 1991 it served with the 163rd TFS of the Indiana ANG.

In 1992 it went to the 20th TFS at George AFB.

Its last assignement started in 1995 with the 49th TFW at Holloman AFB. On 24 October 1995, during an air-air intercept mission, the aircraft departed controlled flight following Split-S and crashed near Roswell, New Mexico. The crew ejected safe.
