Arrived at Soesterberg on 11 October 1969 on its first assignement. Official delivery date according to the AFHRA records is 14 October 1969.
Left 32nd on 18 December 1974 to the 36th TFW at Bitburg AB, Germany.
Later the aircraft went to the 50th TFW at Hahn AB, also Germany.
In the early eighties it was transferred to the Indiana ANG in both 113th TFS and 163rd TFS.
In August 1991 to the Hellenic AF were it served in both 337 and 338 Mira.
It was noted preserved at Nea Anchialos Air Base in November 2012.
