Arrived at Soesterberg on 26 October 1969 on its first assignement. Official delivery date according to the AFHRA records is 30 October 1969.

Left 32nd on 5 September 1973 to Getafe AB, Spain, for maintenance.

After the works at Getafe it joined the 512th TFS/86th TFW at Ramstein AB, Germany.

In the early eighties it went to the 51st TFW at Osan AB, South Korea.

In September 1989 it was transferred to the Republic of Korea Air Force as 80-441.

Noted as decoy at Cheongju AB in October 2013.
