Arrived at Soesterberg on 23 October 1969 on its first assignement. Official delivery date according to the AFHRA records is 29 October 1969.

Left 32nd on 10 March 1974 to Hill AFB.

After maintenance at Hill AFB the aircraft joined the 50th TFW at Hahn AB, Germany. In 1983 it moved to the 526th TFS/86th TFW at Ramstein AB, Germany. Later it returned to the 50th TFW.

From 1986 to 1990 it served in the 163rd TFS of the Indiana ANG.

To Hellenic AF in August 1991 where it served with 338 Mira.

Withdrawn from use at Andravida AB in March 2007.
