Arrived at Soesterberg on 8 July 1980 on its first assignment. Was only for a few weeks with the 32nd until the unit received its newer FY79 aircraft.

Left the 32nd on 22 August 1980 to the 36th TFW at Bitburg AB, Germany.

Later served with the 33rd FW at Eglin AFB.

In 2009 to the 122nd FS/159th FW of the Louisiana ANG at NAS JRB New Orleans.

To AMARC as FH0310 on 25 August 2010.
