Arrived at Soesterberg on 15 April 1976 on it’s first assignement. Official delivery date according to the AFHRA records is 4 May 1976.

Left 32nd on 8 September 1978 to the 52nd TFW at Spangdahlem AB, Germany.

While serving for the 480th TFS/52nd TFW, it crashed into hill Hesselberg near Gerolfingen, Germany, on 23 August 1981. Both crewmen, Major Douglas R. Withers, pilot, and Capt. William D. Alcorn, were killed.
