Arrived at Soesterberg on 21 January 1975 from the 496th TFS/50th TFW at Hahn AB, Germany.
Left 32nd on 23 July 1976 to Getafe AB, Spain, for maintenance.
After the works at Getafe it joined the 86th TFW at Ramstein AB, Germany.
In 1978 the aircraft moved to the 50th TFW at Hahn AB, Germany.
In 1983 it returned to the 86th TFW at Ramstein AB.
In 1987 it moved to the 163rd TFS/122nd TFG of the Indiana ANG at Baer Field, Fort Wayne, IN.
To AMARC as FP500 on 14 May 1990.
To HVF West, Tucson, AZ on 6 April 2018. Scrapped.
