Arrived at Soesterberg on 6 August 1968 on its first assignement. Official delivery date according to the AFHRA records is 7 August 1968.

Left 32nd on 10 July 1973 to Getafe AB, Spain, for maintenance.

After the works at Getafe the aircraft moved to the 86th TFW at Ramstein, Germany, where it served in the 526th TFS and 512th TFS.

On 1 October 1985 the aircraft moved to the 141st TFS/108th TFW of the New Jersey ANG.

On 6 October 1991 it moved to the Republic of Korea Air Force.
