Arrived at Soesterberg AB on 23 August 1962 as a temporary assignement. The aircraft flew in 526 FIS colors.

Left 32nd in November 1962.

From 1965-1969 the aircraft served in the 496th FIS. In 1969 it went to the 525th FIS at Bitburg AB, Germany.

In 1972 it went to the California ANG 194th FIS and in 1975 to the Idaho ANG 190th FIS/124h FIG.

It was transferred to MASDC on 6 October 1975 and was saved from demolition on 19 September 1985 when it was brought to be displayed in the Pima Air and Space Museum in Tucson, Arizona.
