Arrived at Soesterberg on 18 June 1976 on it’s first assignement. Official delivery date according to the AFHRA records is 19 June 1976.

Left 32nd on 8 September 1978 to the 52nd TFW at Spangdahlem AB, Germany.

Served with the 81st TFS and the 480th TFS from the 52nd TFW.

In 1987 to the 4th TFW at Seymour Johnson AFB.

To AMARC as FP395 on 13 December 1989.

To HVF West, Tucson, AZ on 6 April 2018. Scrapped.
