Arrived at Soesterberg on 18 June 1976 on it’s first assignement. Official delivery date according to the AFHRA records is 19 June 1976.

Left 32nd on 6 October 1978 to the 52nd TFW at Spangdahlem AB, Germany.

Until 1991 with the 52nd TFW at Spangdahlem, first with the 480th TFS and in 1987 to the 81st TFS.

In 1991 to the 35th TFW and later to the 37th TFW at George AFB.

To AMARC as FP845 on 30 April 1992.

To BAE Systems, Mojave, CA on 28 March 2001. Converted to QF-4E drone AF231.

Expended in missile test on 6 May 2003.
