Arrived at Soesterberg on 19 December 1974 from the 36th TFW at Bitburg AB, Germany. Official delivery date according to the AFHRA records is 28 November 1974.

Exact date of leaving the 32nd is unknown. Seen up to 28 April 1976. Left to the 35th TFW at George AFB.

In September 1979 upgraded to F-4G and moved to the 3rd TFW at Clark AB, Philippines.

In 1982 back to the 35th TFW at George AFB.

To AMARC as FP860 on 19 June 1992.

To HVF West, Tucson, AZ on 19 December 2017. Scrapped.
