Arrived at Soesterberg on 23 October 1969 on its first assignement. Official delivery date according to the AFHRA records is 27 October 1969.
Left 32nd on 18 December 1974 to Getafe AB, Spain, for maintenance.
After the works at Getafe it joined the 36th TFW at Bitburg AB, Germany. In 1977 it moved to the 496th TFS/50th TFW at Hahn AB, Germany.
In 1983 it was transferred to the 69th TFS/347th TFW at Moody AFB.
From 1987 to 1989 it served with the 196th TFS of the California ANG.
In 1990 it moved to the 113th TFS of the Indiana ANG.
In 1992 to the 9th TFS/49th TFW on Holloman AFB. Later that year to the 35th TFW at George AFB.
From 1994 to 1995 back to Holloman AFB to serve with the 20th TFS/49th TFW.
On 21 January 1997 to AMARC as FP1051. On 15 January 2008 it was still on AMARC inventory.
To HVF West, Tucson, AZ on 8 August 2017. Scrapped.
