Arrived at Soesterberg on 26 October 1969 from the 31st TFW at Aviano AB, Italy. Official delivery date according to the AFHRA records is 31 October 1969.

Left 32nd on 27 June 1972 to Torrejon AB, Spain, for overhaul.

After the works at Torrejon, the aircraft returned to the 31st TFW at Aviano AB.

In 1980 it moved to the 70th TFS/347th TFW at Moody AFB.

From 1987 it served with the 196th TFS of the California ANG. In 1991 it moved to the 113 TFS of the Indiana ANG.

To the Hellenic AF in November 1991. Put into storage at Larissa AB in November 2009.
