Arrived at Soesterberg on 15 April 1983 on its first assignment.

On 25 April 1990 the engine of the aircraft caught fire and the aircraft crashed in the North Sea 9 miles of Spurn Head, East Riding of Yorkshire. The pilot ejected and survived.
