Arrived at Soesterberg on 30 July 1980 on its first assignment.

Left the 32nd at the end of 1980 to the 36th TFW at Bitburg AB, Germany.

This aircraft never flew with “CR” code.

On 28 January 1991, Captain Donald S. Watrous of the 32nd shot down an Iraqi AF MiG-23 with an AIM-7M during Operation Desert Storm in this aircraft.

Later served with the 114th FS/173rd FW of the Oregon ANG at Klamath Falls.

To AMARC as FH0288 on 4 August 2010.

Left AMARC on 8 February 2018 to the Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum.
