Arrived at Soesterberg on 8 April 1992 from the 49th TFW at Holloman AFB.

Left the 32nd on 13 October 1993 to the 101st FS/102nd FW of the Massachusetts ANG at Otis ANGB.

In March 2007 reported as the first Eagle transferred from the 102nd Fighter Wing Massachusetts ANG to the 104th Fighter Wing in their conversion from A-10s to F-15s.

On display at Barnes ANGB, Massachusetts.
