Arrived at Soesterberg on 18 December 1978 on its first assignment.

Left the 32nd on 14 November 1980 to the 49th TFW at Holloman AFB.

Had a midair collision on 12 September 1986 with F-15A 77-0153, also of the 49th TFW. 77-0153 crashed and the pilot ejected and survived. 77-0083 landed safely and was repaired.

Later served with the 199th FS/154th FW of the Hawaii ANG at Hickam AFB.

To AMARC as FH0095 on 26 September 1994.
