Arrived at Soesterberg AB in November 1964 from the 526th FIS at Ramstein AB, Germany.

Left the 32nd on 2 July 1969 to the 132nd FIS at Maine ANG.

Afterwards to 179th Fighter Interceptor Squadron, Wisconsin ANG at Madison, the South Carolina ANG 157th FIS and in 1970 to the Texas ANG 111th FIS.

On 24 March 1970 during a night radar intercept practice mission at low altitude (1,000-to-3,000 ft), the aircraft was lost for unknown reasons attacking another F-102 target a/c. Pilot Capt. Daniel G. Galloway was killed.
