Arrived at Soesterberg AB on 20 April 1961 as a temporary assignement from the 431st FIS and flew in their colors.

Left the 32nd on 15 September 1961 back to 431st FIS.

From 1965 to 1969 served with the 496th FIS.

Later moved to the California ANG 194th FIS.

In January 1975 converted to PQM-102A as “649”. Shot down on 15 February 1979 over the Gulf of Mexico in a missile test flight from Tyndall AFB, FL.
