Arrived at Soesterberg AB on 1 March 1963 as a temporary assignement from the 431st FIS and flew in their colors until 4 February 1964. From then on it flew in 32nd FIS colors.

Left 32nd on 22 September 1964 via Prestwick to the 190th FIS.

From 1964 to 1973 it served with the Idaho ANG 190th FIS.

In October 1975 it was converted to PQM-102A as “662”. It was shot down on 7 June 1979 over the Gulf of Mexico in a missile test flight from Tyndall AFB, FL.
