Arrived at Soesterberg AB on 3 March 1964 as a temporary assignement from the 496 FIS and flew in the grey colors of this unit.

Left 32nd on 22 September 1964 to Prestwick and from there to the 4780 Air Defense Wing at Perrin AFB, Texas.

In 1966 it went to the Oregon ANG 123rd FIS. In 1967 it was transferred to the Hawaii ANG 154th FG/199th FS.

On March 21 1967 it crashed into the Pacific Ocean 1 mile West of Honolulu International Airport after engine flameout. Captain George E. Joy, steered plane out to sea and ejected safely.
