Arrived at Soesterberg AB on 12 February 1964 as a temporary assignement. The aircraft flew in grey colors from the 496th FIS.

Left 32nd on 1 June 1964 to Prestwick and from there to the 4780 Air Defense Wing at Perrin AFB, Texas.

In 1967 it was transferred to the Washington ANG 116th FIS and later to the Wisconsin ANG 176th FIS/115th FIG, Truax Field, Madison, WI.

It went to MASDC as FJ091 on 20 January 1970.
