Arrived at Soesterberg AB on 12 February 1964 as a temporary assignement. The aircraft flew in grey colors from the 496th FIS.

Left 32nd on 15 April 1964 to to Prestewick and from there to the 4780 Air Defense Wing at Perrin AFB, Texas.

In 1967 it was transferred to the Wisconsin ANG 176th FIS.

It crashed on 29 August 1967 while landing at Sheppard AFB, TX.
