Arrived at Soesterberg AB on 19 August 1956.

Crashed during an emergency landing on Soesterberg AB on 20 November 1956. The iron barrier broke due to the force of the impact and pieces of metal flew through the windows of houses nereby.

The aircraft was heavily damaged and was written off.
